I’m Jithin Madhavan , Financial Adviser (Insurance) with Total Assurance Ltd. I specialise in life, trauma, income, mortgage and health insurance, helping individuals and families protect what matters most with clear, practical advice.

My journey into financial advice was inspired by Shiju Rajappan, a long-time mentor and role model who showed me the true purpose of this profession — integrity, service, and genuinely looking after people. That’s the standard I bring to every client conversation.

I hold the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) and provide advice that is honest, pressure-free and tailored to each client’s needs and budget. I work with clients across Hamilton, Waikato and nationwide via phone or Zoom. Outside of work, I’m a husband, dad and loyal weekend cricketer.
